Broncos safety David Bruton is one of 32 nominees for the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award in recognition of his efforts to improve childhood literacy.
His foundation is called Bruton’s Books. Its mission is to improve the reading resources available to low-income children in Kindergarten-third grade. It does this by offering books and tutoring to schools in the greater Denver area.
